Oh no! Don’t sweat. If you call us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can update the incorrect shipping address. However, if the gift has already shipped, it may be out of our control. Please call us immediately at (570)344-1955 to see if we can intercept with UPS.

When delivering locally, we offer same day delivery up to 3pm. Local hand delivery is considered 30 miles from Scranton, Pennsylvania. After that, we ship through UPS and offer Ground Shipping (1-7 business days). If you need your UPS shipment to arrive sooner, please call us at (570)344-1955 within 2 hours of placing your order.

Uh-oh. At times, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. But don’t worry, we will replace it with something similar or something that will reflect the recipient & occasion.

- Parts of: Wayne, Pike, Wyoming, Carbon, Susquehanna Monroe, Luzerne County: $10
Beyond hand delivery:
- UPS Ground East (1-3 business days): $19.99
- UPS Ground Central (2-5 business days): $24.99
- UPS Ground West (4-7 business days): $29.99

What if someone is not home for delivery?
What if someone is not home for delivery?
If no one answers the door, our in house delivery drivers will first check with the recipient. If the recipient says we may leave it, we will in a safe, dry & restricted sunlight space. At times, we may leave your gift with a neighbor. If we ever have to leave a gift, we will document where, when & who took the gift. In this case, this is why phone numbers for both the recipient and customer are crucial. If we don’t feel it is safe to leave a gift, we will return it back to our store and call the customer.
If no one answers the door for a shipment through UPS, the driver will leave it. We can request signature, but be careful – after a few tries they will send it back to us.
*Note: If deliveries go back & forth between destination and our store front, you may be charged for another delivery. We will call the customer if this happens.
