Ghost Ganache Truffle

Not every ghost is out to scare you, and this one's proof. Our Ghost Ganache Truffle takes our classic ganache center and wraps it in a soft, pale white chocolate shell, shaped just right with two little marshmallow arms tucked at the sides for that unmistakable friendly-haunt look.

Underneath that pale coating is our own homemade milk chocolate ganache, rich and creamy, held in a smooth white chocolate exterior. Each one gets a hand-painted face, wide startled eyes, a little "o" of a mouth, and soft blushed cheeks, giving every ghost its own gentle, wide-eyed expression.

Bite in and you'll find that same silky ganache center we're known for, a nice contrast against the lighter, sweeter white chocolate shell. It's a treat built for people who like their Halloween a little more cute than creepy.
