Jack-O-Lantern Ganache Truffle

Every great Halloween needs a jack-o'-lantern, and ours happens to be filled with chocolate. Our Jack O'Lantern Ganache Truffle is a handcrafted, from-scratch confection that transforms a classic truffle into a delicious Halloween treat. 

We start with our own homemade chocolate ganache, silky and rich, and dip it in milk chocolate. From there, each truffle gets a second dip in vibrant orange chocolate and is hand-detailed into a proper pumpkin, complete with a crooked jack-o'-lantern grin, triangle eyes, and a little green stem on top.

Bite in and that shell gives way to a center of pure, smooth ganache... deep, rich, and not too sweet, the kind of filling that reminds you why truffles are a classic for a reason. It's a treat that looks like Halloween and tastes like a real chocolate shop indulgence.
