Solid Milk Chocolate Turkey Pop

Somebody’s about to get the best seat at the Thanksgiving table, and he comes on a stick. Our Solid Milk Chocolate Turkey Pop is a plump little bird molded from creamy milk chocolate, with a proud fan of tail feathers and a chest ruffled with tiny, textured detail.

The mold work is the showstopper. Every feather is carved in, from the ribbed tail to the rows across his breast, and the glossy milk chocolate catches the light like he just stepped out of the oven. He’s almost too handsome to eat. Almost.

Underneath the good looks, he’s solid chocolate from beak to tail feathers. That means smooth, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate in every bite, the kind that kids and grown-ups both reach for first.

The stick makes him easy to share and even easier to show off. Set one at each place setting, stand a few in a basket of mini pumpkins for a centerpiece, or tuck one into a fall gift box for a host, a teacher, or a neighbor.
